What are the advantages of training with NAKO?
We introduce you to the beginning of an improved lifestyle physically, mentally and emotionally.
How old do I have to be to join?
Ages start as early as 4 years old and above.
What type of training is given?
The base of training is traditional Kyokushin. We add research based studies to improve overall fitness suitable for all levels.
What is the scope of services that you offer?
Training in multi-dimensions including, but not limited to, karate, fitness, business set-up, personal development, event planning, among others).
Is there a certification program or a promotion regimen offered?
Yes! Assessments are on a continuous basis to help determine achievement and promotion status. We also offer instructor certification and referee certification.
Are there restrictions to joining if I’m from another group or style?
All groups are welcome. NAKO benefits from the diversity of experience and skills brought by our members.
Can I participate in events and activities but not be a part of NAKO?
YES! NAKO accommodates and welcomes all interested individuals.
